2.2 Only Employers are authorized to use the Registration/Login section to access the restricted area. Third-party platforms are prohibited from using Registration/Login to access the site without prior written permission from Kenwyn Accounting and IT Services Pte. Ltd.

2.3 No part of the Helper’s biodata within the restricted area, including photos and complete data fields, may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted by any means without written authorization from Kenwyn Accounting and IT Services Pte. Ltd.

2.4 When engaging in transactions or registering an account with us, you confirm that:

  • You are using your real identity.
  • The data provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • You will promptly update your information to ensure its accuracy.

2.5 If a password is provided or chosen to access certain parts of the Website, you acknowledge full responsibility for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities conducted under your account.
